Over the last couple of months, the Bitcoin Cash fans (BCH) have been creating and sharing a wreath of the customized Simple Ledger Protocol (SLP) tokens. Proud enough, there is now a Telegram Tip Bot, a Twitter Tip Bot, SLP token support and badger wallet logo integration on the renowned payment platform Bchpls.io. During the end of February 2019, it was reported that the BCH token development has soared and the pace have not ceased yet. People have been creating unique tokens using the SLP software having names like the dragon ball, nazgul, steam cash, crown coin, wonton and more. The BCH proponents have also participated in the ‘torch passing’ ceremony and social experiment that used a single non-divisible token known as the SLP Torch.
Lately, the BCH developers have created a Telegram tipping bot that possesses the capability to tip the SLP tokens to the users within the hosted channel. Coinspice, the Cryptocurrency news outlet and its associated Telegram Channel has implemented the tipping bot so that people will be able to tip one another in spice tokens. The bot is also made available on twitter and some users have been sharing spice tokens across the few Twitter threads. In the month of May 2018, it has been reported that Bchpls.io permits brick n’ mortar and online merchants to accept the BCH in a non-custodial fashion. The application is made free and there are absolutely no requirements of the servers as it requires just two devices (cashier and the customer) and internet connection to use the Bchpls.io system. On 13th of March 2019, the developers at Bchpls.io announced that the platform now supports the SLP tokens and further released a video demonstration of the feature in action.
