Off late, a couple from New Jersey had been indicted for producing various types of narcotics such as the peptides and the related substances and has been accused of selling them online in the form of research chemicals as stated by the recently filed indictment and announcement from the United States Attorney’s Office. According to the United States Attorney’s Office of New Jersey, the accused have produced substances that are primarily used by the bodybuilders and the individuals those of who are engaged in weight training in order to enhance performance and mitigate the side-effects of the performance-enhancing narcotics. The production of these narcotics took place in the basement of the couple’s home in the Middlesex County of New Jersey.
The accused have sold their products online under the name of All American Peptide (AAP). The company has also offered narcotics that were sold with the disclaimer “not for human consumption” that is used by most of the research chemical distributors. Here is an excerpt from the Criminal Complaint:
The accused, Kovaleskis had accepted Bitcoins, wire transfer, Cash App and the various other forms of payment for their homemade narcotics, peptide blends. According to the United States Attorney’s Office, in total the duo has made more than $2.5 million through the sale of the research chemical online on their website.
The investigators have conducted five undercover transactions that permitted them to identify the individuals operating the AAP website. They had paid through money orders and through Bitcoin and later traced the payments back to bank accounts under the suspect’s name. The suspect that was responsible for shipping the narcotics packages had left his fingerprint on a number of packages too.
